Orders are usually shipped during working days. We pride ourselves in FAST and reliable service.
Please note that FedEx, TNT or EMS Priority Service does not guarantee delivery on the expected dates for the different countries. That said; they are very good at delivering within the estimated timeframe. All packages are always fully insured.
SayariLeather is not liable for shipment delays caused by the Carrier (i.e. FedEx, TNT or EMS).
RETURNS
We will take returns on products that arrive defective and exchange it for a BRAND NEW unit. All packages are shipped with full insurance and trackable so there is no risk to you, our customer.
SayariLeather offers a 24 hours exchange policy if the item sold is found to be defective. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed:
Please place the Code of Sale number given to you, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have Code of Sale numbers on them will not be accepted.
After the 24 hours from the delivery date, all items that need to be returned for repair can be sent directly to SayariLeather.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. This charges are not refundable.
SayariLeather is not responsible for lost or damaged items when the Customer sends a package to us. Please ensure that the items are secured properly and insured at the appropriate value.
